Previously an exclusively Prepar3D and Flight Simulator X developer, ATSimulations have made a quick leap to Microsoft Flight Simulator upon the release of the platform in August 2020.
The developer already has one release under their belt – the Colomban Cri-Cri – with a second, the Piaggio P149, following close behind.

Taking to Facebook to tease the P149 again, the developer said that the aircraft is almost ready for release.
In response to a user comment, ATSimulations said that the aircraft will have ‘more-or-less’ the same features as their recreation of the Piaggio P149 on ESP-platforms, as they had the new simulator in mind when creating the product for Prepar3D.
However, the developer was only given access to the Microsoft Flight Simulator software development kit upon release of the simulator, thus the delay.

It was also mentioned that owners of the aircraft on other platforms will see a discount of some kind when upgrading to Microsoft Flight Simulator, though it is not clear how much users will save over the regular retail price.
