Formerly known as “JustAsia”, a major re-brand had seen the X-Plane scenery company transition over to the name “Axonos” just hours before the release of their next scenery, Casablanca.
The brand first teased the North African airport in a Facebook post at the beginning of April. Interestingly, this came just days after another developer, Flight Sim Development Group, released their rendition of the airport.

Axonos’ Casablanca is a conversion of Prealsoft’s original scenery for Prepar3D and FSX, though according to the product page the product has numerous “modernisations” to bring it up to X-Plane 11’s modern standards.
The feature list includes the following points:
- Complete rendition of Casablanca-Mohammed V International Airport.
- Integration with SAMv2: Animated jetways and Visual Docking Guidance System displays.
- Utilises 14.9cm per pixel imagery.
- Optional airport setting changes to accommodate low-end PCs.
- Static aircraft, a toggleable setting.
- Compatible with Windows, macOS and Linux platforms.
- Conversion of the original ESP-platform scenery by Prealsoft, with X-Plane 11 modernisations.
- Created by Axonos (formerly JustAsia).

Under their previous name, JustAsia, the brand produced sceneries primarily, but not exclusively, in the Asian continent. Prior to Casablanca, their latest scenery was Verona (LIPX), which you can learn more about in a previous article.
