IRIS Simulations Announces F/A-18C for Microsoft Flight Simulator

Following some recent previews of their upcoming rendition of the F/A-39 Vampire for Microsoft Flight Simulator, IRIS Simulations have shown off their next for the platform in the form of the Classic Hornet F/A-18C.

“With the F/A-39 Vampire coming along nicely, we’re now at a stage to show off something else coming this year exclusively for MSFS,” they wrote on Facebook.

“The Classic Hornet (F/A-18C) will be in development once the Vampire arrives and will be our first ‘premium’ product for the MSFS platform this year.”

It was also revealed that a total of four ‘fast-movers’ were planned for the next two years, with only two – the F/A-18C and F/A-39 – revealed thus far. The developer debuted in Microsoft Flight Simulator with the Jabiru J1670/J170.

Back to the F/A-18C, the developer promises further information as time moves on. Threshold will be sure to keep you updated.
