
Updates are now available for JustFlight’s entire Piper lineup for X-Plane. Released on the X-Plane.org store earlier today, the Pipers received the following changes;
⦁ Updated entire logic system
⦁ Improved performance (FPS)
⦁ More detail added to main gear struts
⦁ Outsourced most customisable settings to ‘Manifest.json’ file
⦁ Optimised click spots and manipulators for improved VR experience (note: XP11.20vr is still in beta)
⦁ A backup version of the standard RealityXP config file is now located within the aircraft’s documentation folder
⦁ Tweaked in-house weight and balance manager (added mini-tutorial)
While the changes listed above were applied to all aircraft in JustFlight’s Piper fleet, here are some aircraft specific changes, starting with the Warrior II;
⦁ Improved flight dynamics
⦁ Carb heat – fixed
⦁ Tweaked checklist to match new engine parameters
⦁ Calibrated ASI
⦁ Overspeeding prop – fixed
⦁ Adjusted cruise speeds
⦁ Adjusted start-up and electrical system
Additional changes to the Arrow III;
⦁ Calibrated ASI
⦁ Adjusted start-up and electrical system
⦁ Added pilot animation
⦁ Corrected GoodWay performance descent speed
Lastly, additional changes to the Turbo Arrow III/IV;
⦁ Calibrated ASI
