Gaya Simulations has taken to Block Island State Airport (KBID), located on Rhode Island, for their first-ever American scenery within Microsoft Flight Simulator.
Located in the state of Rhode Island, KBID is an “iconic general aviation airport and a must for any pilot to visit.” according to the developer. As well, the aerodrome serves as a popular tourist destination and is widely known for its hiking, bicycling, beaches, and other activities. As well, the island was added to the list of “Last Great Places” by the Nature Conservancy, which means around 40 percent of the island is “set aside for conservation.”

Gaya simulations provided no feature list for the airport, however, the developer has stated that sloped runways are included.
KBID is available for purchase via Orbx Direct for $21.96 AUD.
