Making their first venture into VFR scenery, Logo Projects have released their first product this side of the new year with Barcelona.
Having previously focused exclusively on airport scenery, Logo Projects’ other releases have been La Rochelle and Santorini, the most recent of which, La Rochelle, launched in September 2019.

The scenery claims to bring a high level of detail to the city and its emblematic sites, in addition to industrial areas in the Catalan capital. Night lighting features heavily too, with custom lighting bringing together an “excellent night effect”, noting that this scenery is ideal for both VFR and IFR traffic into El Prat’s runway 25R.
Custom autogen for the city is included, albeit optional. The feature list also notes optimisation as a major part, with “excellent performance” in mind.

While Barcelona’s El Prat Airport is not included in this scenery, four helipads are included for rotorheads at the Hospital Valle Hebrón, Hospital de Belvitge, Torre Mapfre and Port of Barcelona.
Logo Projects’ Barcelona City scenery is compatible with Windows, macOS and Linux platforms, requiring 814 MB of disk space to install. It is compatible with SpainUHD and custom Ortho4XP tiles alongside X-Plane’s default.

You can purchase the scenery for EUR 24.95 from simMarket. Alternatively, read up on Logo Projects’ previous release, La Rochelle – which is 40% off now – in a previous article.
