The simulator will launch at 16:00 GMT, which means that New York will see the release in the early afternoon, Amsterdam in the early evening, and Tokyo will experience the release just after midnight.

Microsoft has not yet provided answers or solutions for the delay of the Collector’s Edition we discussed earlier.
