Stairport has taken to their Facebook page to share some new previews of German Island 1: East Frisia in Microsoft Flight Simulator.
Already previewed for MSFS one month ago, today sees new screenshots of the scenery with many of them at ground level.

The scenery is already available for X-Plane 11 at a cost of €30.20 (incl. VAT at 20%), and the MSFS counterpart is therefore expected to be priced similarly.
Stairport was heavily involved in the recent release of SAM AirportVehicles XP, a SAM extension that replaces the default airport vehicles in X-Plane 11 with models created with the assistance of ShortFinal Design, also known as MisterX6.
