Preview: Aerosoft announce Rome-Fiumicino

Simulation company Aerosoft have today previewed their upcoming scenery Rome-Fiumicino Airport on the Aerosoft forums. I think that this would go well with the upcoming Rome City UHD by LFHDesign!

Leonardo da Vinci-Fiumicino International is the main airport in the city of Rome and Italy. LIRF is one of the busiest airports in Europe with over 41 million passengers going through the airport in 2015. Alitalia and Vueling both have hubs at Fiumicino, whereas Ryanair and Norwegian give LIRF “focus city” status.

Jumping back into the X-Plane world, you can see the post from Jan Depenbusch here;

Glad to announce that Airport Rome FCO is coming to XPlane 11. The Airport will have advanced XPlane 11 features such as ground vehicles, moving Jetways and working safedocks, thus it will be an X-Plane 11 exclusive.

As mentioned in the post, Rome-FCO will be X-Plane 11 ONLY, utilising features exclusively available on the platform. No release date announced yet, however you can visit the Aerosoft Facebook page to stay updated or see the forums post on their website here, or see the screenshots below!
