Carenado Releases Cessna 172 for MSFS 2024

Following last week’s teasers, Carenado has released its classic, steam-gauge Cessna 172, for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024. Carenado’s rendition models the very original, early-production lineage from 1956, which pre-dates the modern Skyhawk.

Expect a cabin full of round dials, a period interior, and short-field friendly flap travel, which sets it apart from the default 172S in MSFS 2024. The aircraft comes in several variants, including with and without wheel covers.
