Fly2High has just released its rendition of Brownsville/South Padre Island International Airport (KBRO) for Microsoft Flight Simulator. The Texas-based airport serves the city of Brownsville and welcomes just under 300.000 passengers yearly.
The Brownsville airport opened in 1929 after construction started in 1928. It was originally named Brownsville Municipal Airport. During the Second World War, the airport was used by the US Army Air Force for pilot training and aircraft testing. In 1983, the airport was renamed Brownsville/South Padre Island International Airport. Over the years, the airport has undergone various construction and improvements. Today, airlines such as Aerus, American Eagle, and United Express ensure that the airport welcomes around 300.000 passengers yearly and handles almost 25.000 aircraft.
The scenery comes with various features, such as an accurate airport rendition, hand-crafted ground textures, dynamic airport lighting, highly detailed models, and more.
The newly released scenery is now available on iniBuilds for approximately $16.47 and requires around 1.99 GB of disk space.
