Released: Cessna A-37 for XP11

JCS Has released the second version of the Cessna A-37 Dragonfly. Comes with a detailed 3D Cockpit and exterior with custom engine sounds. The add-on is also packaged with multiple liveries including the T-37 trainer schemes. The X-Plane 11 release also comes with an overhauled flight model, outsourced expertise from the folks at X-Aerodynamics, with two models to choose from: one with peripherals attached such as fuel tanks and rockets, or a simple configuration with only guns.

The trainer aircraft is a challenging machine to manoeuvre as mentioned by the developer, advising to “use full flaps for landing AND take-off (or risk hitting the tail on the ground!).”

Here is the original feature list:

  • Detailed 3D model
  • Detailed virtual cockpit
  • Custom jet engine sounds
  • Multiple paint schemes, including T-37 trainer schemes (on the A-37 airframe)
  • New, realistic flight model developed by X-Aerodynamics specifically for X-plane 11
  • Fly with external fuel tanks and rockets, or in a ‘clean’ configuration with gun only

Pricing is $20 ($19.95)
