Earlier this week, scenery developer Mk-Studios released their latest product – Lisbon Humberto Delgado Airport (LPPT) for Microsoft Flight Simulator. The airport, an accurate depiction of its real world counterpart, brings detailed textures, terminal interiors, and high quality mesh.

According to the scenery’s product page, the airport will feature PBR textures, detailed building models, satellite-imagery and mesh for the airport area, and an up to date airport layout. For a full list of features, visit Orbx’s webstore.

Lisbon Airport, serving Portugal’s capital and its surrounding areas, is the “20th busiest airport in Europe in terms of passenger volume”. It is the main hub for TAP Air Portugal, the country’s flag carrier. The airport is also the gateway to continents such as South America, Africa, and North America, seeing some 31.1 million passengers in 2019 alone. Recently, the Portuguese government announced a major expansion plan for the airport, though it is unknown at this point if MK-Studios’ scenery will reflect this change.

Currently, the airport can be purchased on Orbx’s webstore for $19.95 AUD or $14.42 USD. Users require Orbx Central and at least 1.80GB of free space on their hard drives in order to install the product.
