Windsock Simulations Reveals Málaga Airport is Close to Release

Through several teasers in a Facebook post, Windsock Simulations has revealed Málaga Airport is almost ready to be released.

The post reads: “Something is on the Final Approach…Viva España!!”

The airport is a collaboration with SimWings, and will be published under Aerosoft. The original announcement was made at the beginning of August.

Málaga Airport is Spain’s fourth-busiest. Ryanair serves the most number of destinations, with other low-cost carriers also making up a significant amount of aircraft traffic.

The airport opened 100 years ago and has three passenger and one cargo terminal. Since 2000, passenger numbers have approximately doubled, whilst cargo volume has reduced by about 75%.
